 When it comes to girls and women most men will admit that they struggle to understand them. One of the biggest areas of mystery for us men is trying to tell if a girl likes you.

Licking ones lips has long been associated as a sign that we are hungry but if you happen to notice that a girl is licking her lips regularly whilst in conversation with you she then this may well be a sign that she likes you. The licking of the lips is again a subconscious action that she may do in order to draw your attention to her lips and could be a sign that she wants you to kiss her.

She Keeps Teasing You.

When most of us think about teasing we usually imagine having someone poke fun at you. If you are trying to learn if a girl likes you the subject of teasing takes on a new meaning. If you notice that a girl happens to be deliberately teasing you by showing a little extra leg or “accidently” leaving the top button on her blouse undone then this may be her way of trying to gauge the interest that you have towards her. Physical contact happens to be one of the number one ways that you can tell if a girl likes you. If you notice that she is constantly touching you and making every effort to stand or sit as close as possible to you then there is about a 99% chance she is doing this because she likes you. Flirting in this way may be something as simple as her casually placing her hand across the table so that it is as near as possible to your own. If you find that she seems to be constantly in your personal space then this is definitely a first class way to tell that she likes you.

She Opens Up to You.

You have probably heard about a scenario where a woman breaks up with her boyfriend and another guy jumps in there to be a shoulder to cry on. The next thing you know the woman and the shoulder to cry on happen to be an item. This is because women feel close to those people that they open up to and share personal and private thoughts and emotions with. If you are aware that a girl is sharing her inner most thought and feelings with you there is a good chance she feels comfortable and intimate with you which are a good sign that she likes you. I am sure that it is possible to write enough books about cheesy chat up lines that would fill an entire library. As you can imagine women get sick and tired of hearing such chat up lines and so called techniques and whatever approach you happen to use there is every chance that she has heard it all before. If she happens to be responding positively to your chat up techniques regardless of how bad they are then this is a very good chance that she likes you.

Her Posture is Open.

A person’s body language can tell us an awful lot about the way a person is feeling. If you are talking to a girl and her posture is very much closed, as in her arms or folded and she appears protective, then this is what you can class as a sign she is defensive and not that comfortable around you. If, on the other hand, she is sat with her arms by her sides then this is a very open kind of body language that indicates she is comfortable and relaxed around you. The lesson to be learnt here is that if you can get a woman to feel comfortable and relaxed around you then you are half way there in your battle to get her to like you.

She Mirrors You.

Have you ever noticed that people have a tendency to copy the things that they like? I am talking about the way you see a famous actor wearing a jacket you like so you head off to the shops to buy the same one. Or the way you decorate your house to be the same as a friend’s house that you like.

Well, when it comes to flirting things are no different. If a girl likes you then she will probably mirror your gestures. The next time you are talking to a girl try different gestures to see if she subconsciously copies them. Don’t try anything to obvious or she may just think that you are a freak.

The tilting of her head may well be a subconscious way of her showing you her neck and possibly inviting you to give it a gentle kiss. The smile is there to show that she is happy and relaxed and enjoying your company. This is a very playful flirtatious gesture but whatever you do don’t take this as an open invitation to mount her and start sucking on her neck like Dracula.
She Seldom Breaks Eye Contact.

When a person keeps eye contact with you it is because they are feeling very relaxed and comfortable around you. It shows that they are interested in, not only you, but what you are saying and what you have to say. If a person constantly breaks eye contact it shows they are either uncomfortable or simply bored with whatever you happen to be saying and their mind is elsewhere.
