Finding out scammers in an online dating site

User profile: Some scammers are always in a rush trying to register a user profile to get into a dating site as quickly as possible. The scammers don't get to put the real fact about him/her. E.g. weight, height, hair length/color, eye color, profile text (short and brief).
Profile pictures: This is very important when trying to find out a scammer in an online dating site. The pictures used by some scammers are too fine to be true; they make use of female/male models. Sometimes the pictures used does not describe what the user profile is about in terms of the hair, eye.
Message: There are ways scammers contact their victims, either by email or chat. If it's by email, for every message format, comes with a picture. The picture sent, are sometimes blurred, small in size. This is because, most of the pictures are gotten from the internet either in a modeling sites, social network site etc.
The message style format used by scammers is sometimes in italics form, there is bound to be lots of grammatical errors, spell errors, broken English. Some scammers are now going beyond English speaking countries, targeting countries that have little awareness of the scam, so it's easier to penetrate the system by using the help of free online translators to get their victims.
Also, scammers tend to make it look professional and real just to make it complete. They provide image document and send it to the victims for them to believe or show proof to what they do or who they are. For example: image document, such as their international passport, place of work identity are been sent to their victims .This identity are gotten from the internet and then edited to suit their names and passport photos by the use of Microsoft paints, Photoshop etc so as they can create an identity to send to victims to claim money or use for fraudulent act.

A SCAMMERS INTENTION
A scammer's goal is to bring his/her victim to his web, cuddle and then suck him/her to nothing. They are always one step at the game, a game to which has been planned so as to correct all forms of error when found by the victim, in other for them to be able to fully convince you to satisfaction. A dater scammer is a cankerworm to the victim; they start by taken money from you from a small amount of money to big amount. They always come back to ask for more, the little you have given to them is never enough. At this stage, when you fall victim by sending them money, you become a POTENTIAL PAYEE.
A dater scammer would somehow start by asking you money for internet subscription fee, medical bill, passport renewal fees, visa fees, ticket fees etc. It does not sometimes end on just sending money alone to the scammer, they tend to ask for your details such as your name, contact address and mobile no so as they can send product items to your address to which they it was use for credit card ordering. The product are received by you and then helping them send the product to their home countries, due to the fact that most online shopping sites do not accept world wide shipping. They also use your detail information, to apply for loans, receive money on their behalf through western union or bank transfer etc.

Online dating scam avoidance

The only way people fall victim to a scam is for the fact that they replied the mail. A scam is a scam; it is too sweet to be true. If your mind does not accept it, do not go for it. If you feel that the nature of the message received does not look to be true, avoid it.
If not sure about the true content of the mail, ask many questions. Some scammers are in a rush in replying mails; your questions may not be answered. Some scammers believe in the idea of the use of copy and paste, thereby, failing to respond to your questions.
